Hey Patrick,

Essentially, you want to eat:

  1. Enough quality protein
  2. Lots of veggies, fruits and berries
  3. Healthy fats from fish, olives, avocado, nuts
  4. Beans or legumes
  5. Drinks like green tea or black coffee
  6. Probiotic foods (Fermented foods like yogurts and pickles)
  7. Cocoa powder or dark chocolate

And yes, try to avoid or minimize the junk foods. ;)
