Hey Patrick,
Essentially, you want to eat:
- Enough quality protein
- Lots of veggies, fruits and berries
- Healthy fats from fish, olives, avocado, nuts
- Beans or legumes
- Drinks like green tea or black coffee
- Probiotic foods (Fermented foods like yogurts and pickles)
- Cocoa powder or dark chocolate
And yes, try to avoid or minimize the junk foods. ;)
