Hello Athirah!
What I do is I write in my journal and when I go the bed, I do one of these two things:
a) Plant a request in my subconscious to solve a challenge in my life. (I stop solving — I just pray)
or
b) Think about boring stuff like what I ate today or how my workout looked like.
And before I know it, I drift to sleep. :)
