I think the whole thriving concept revolve around the concept you mentioned — intense work and intense recovery.
For nutrition, I eat amazing foods and then fast to get all the benefits of not eating.
For exercise, I workout hard and recover like a baby during my quality 8-hour sleep.
For information, I set a time for deep learning and then let the info process through writing.
For love, I actively connect with loved ones when I’m with them and be alone to recharge (and process emotions).
